The caller hangs up with a showing booked. You don't lift a finger.

RealInfoBot books showings, listing appointments and buyer consultations while the caller is still on the line. It checks your Google Calendar, offers times that are actually free, books the one they pick and texts them a confirmation.

How a booking goes

  1. The caller says what they want: to see the house on Willow Drive, to talk about selling, to start looking.
  2. RealInfoBot works out which kind of appointment that is and how long it takes.
  3. It checks your Google Calendar and offers a couple of open times.
  4. The caller picks one. RealInfoBot books it, and only then tells them it's booked.
  5. The caller gets a confirmation text. If they agreed, they also get a reminder about a day before.
  6. The appointment shows up in your calendar and in your RealInfoBot inbox.

You set the rules

  • Which kinds of appointments can be booked, and how long each takes: a 30-minute showing, an hour for a listing appointment, 45 minutes for a buyer consultation
  • When you're available for each kind
  • Whether bookings go straight in, or come to you as requests to approve first. Use requests for listings where the sellers want to OK every visit.

Changing and cancelling, safely

Anyone can call and say they're someone else. So before RealInfoBot moves or cancels a showing, it texts a one-time code to the phone number on the booking. No code, no change. If you'd rather handle cancellations yourself, it can take a cancellation request and leave it for you.

In English and French

Callers can book in either language. The confirmation goes out in the language of the call.

On your website too

The same booking works in the chat on your website and behind the QR code on your sign. Website chat

Good to know

  • Google Calendar only. Outlook and showing or scheduling services aren't connected yet. Talk to us if that's what you use.
  • It books your time, not the house. It doesn't check with the listing brokerage or the sellers. For someone else's listing, or sellers who approve each visit, take booking requests and confirm them yourself.
  • Reminders need consent. Callers are asked on the call, and we keep a record of their answer.
