You answer when you can. We answer when you can't.
Keep picking up your own phone. When you're in a showing, on another call or driving between listings, the call goes to RealInfoBot instead of voicemail. The caller gets helped, and you get a summary.
Voicemail isn't a plan
Most people don't leave a voicemail for an agent they haven't worked with. They hang up and call the number on the next sign, or the next agent on the listing site. A buyer who calls three agents about three houses often ends up working with the one who picked up.
How it works
Your phone carrier can forward calls only when your line is busy or when you don't answer after a few rings. Point that forwarding at RealInfoBot.
- A call comes in. Your phone rings as usual.
- You pick up, and nothing changes.
- You don't pick up. After a few rings the call goes to RealInfoBot.
- RealInfoBot answers with your name, helps the caller, and books, transfers or takes a message.
- You get a summary in your inbox, and an alert if it's urgent.
What changes for you
No more callback guessing. Instead of "call me back" and a number, you get a name, the listing they called about, what they need and how soon.
Fewer callbacks at all. Many calls get handled completely: a listing question answered, a showing booked.
A record of every call. Even the ones you'd never have known about.
Good to know
- Forwarding settings and the number of rings before forwarding depend on your carrier. Some charge for forwarding. Your carrier can tell you the code to dial.
- Calls under 10 seconds aren't billed, so hang-ups don't eat your minutes.
