Ask your assistant who called about your listing today.
If you already use an AI assistant for email and planning, it can now see your phone too. RealInfoBot connects through MCP, an open standard many assistants support, so you can ask in plain words about the calls, messages and showings it handled.
Things you could ask
- "Who called about the Elbow Park listing yesterday, and what did they want?"
- "Read me the transcript of the call from the couple who saw my sign on Saturday."
- "Any messages I haven't dealt with?"
- "What showings are booked for tomorrow?"
- "Move Dana Leblanc's showing to Thursday at six."
- "I'm away December 24 to 26. Update the hours and tell the receptionist."
- "Add to the listing info for 88 Birch Lane: the open house is now Sunday, one to three."
Your assistant can look up calls, transcripts, messages, contacts and appointments. With your permission it can also book, move or cancel appointments, change your hours and add to what the receptionist knows. When you connect it, you see each permission it asks for and can untick any of them. You can disconnect it whenever you like.
For your other tools
Not everyone uses an AI assistant. The same information can go wherever you work.
Zapier. Send new calls, messages and showings to a spreadsheet, your CRM, Slack or thousands of other apps, without writing code. Or trigger RealInfoBot from them.
Webhooks. Get a signed message at your own address the moment something happens: a call ends, a message is taken, a showing is booked.
API. A public REST API with keys you control, for developers and agencies who want to build on top.
Why we built it this way
Agents run on a patchwork of tools: a CRM, a showing service, a transaction system, a newsletter, a spreadsheet. We'd rather fit into yours than ask you to move everything into ours. And as more of the day gets handled by AI assistants, your phone shouldn't be the one thing they can't see.
Good to know
- Who can connect: account owners and admins.
- Privacy: anything your assistant reads goes through that assistant's provider too. Check their privacy terms before connecting something that holds buyer, seller or tenant information.
