Is this house still available? Answered while you're at a showing
RealInfoBot
The AI receptionist for real estate agents
Ask what a buyer would ask.
Is 42 Aspen Crescent still available?
Can I see it Saturday morning?
How many bedrooms does it have?
See it answer questions about your own listings
It’s an AI and says so. It answers from what the agent wrote in, and books showings into their calendar.
You can't pick up in the middle of a showing, on the highway or at the dinner table. RealInfoBot can. It answers from the listing facts you gave it, books showings into your calendar and puts serious buyers and sellers through to you.
- Answers listing questions: Price, bedrooms, open house times and anything else you've written down for each listing.
- Books showings: Offers real open times from your Google Calendar and books the one the caller picks.
- Puts the right calls through: A seller ready to list or a buyer ready to write gets transferred to you, by rules you write in plain words.

Listing Answers
On every sign
Put your assistant where buyers are already looking: on your yard signs, the open house table and your feature sheets. One scan opens it on their phone, with nothing to install.
They can ask about the listing, book a showing, or tap to talk it through out loud. You get a clear summary of every question in your dashboard, without stepping out of the showing you're in.
Try it now: scan the sticker with your phone. On a phone already? Print it for your next yard sign or open house.
The phone always rings at the wrong time
You're halfway through a showing. You're driving between listings. You're at an open house with three couples in the kitchen. Or it's nine at night and you're finally sitting down. The phone buzzes and you let it go, because what else can you do.
The person on the other end might be a buyer who saw your sign ten minutes ago, or a seller deciding who to call about listing their home. If they get voicemail, a lot of them won't leave a message. They'll call the next number on the next sign.
What it does when it picks up
Answers listing questions
It knows the facts you gave it for each listing: price, size, features, open house times, possession date. When it doesn't know something, it says so and takes a message. It never gives an opinion on price, offers or the market.
Books the showing
It checks your Google Calendar, offers real open times and books the one the caller picks. The caller gets a confirmation text.
Puts serious callers through
A seller who wants a listing appointment, a buyer ready to make an offer, another agent with a question about your listing: it transfers the call to you or whoever on your team is covering.
Logs every lead
Every call lands in one inbox with the recording, the transcript and a one-line summary.
Answers in your caller's language, in real time
You choose the language it greets callers in. If a caller speaks another language, it switches and keeps answering in that language as the call goes on, with no menu to press through.

Up and running in three steps
Tell it about your listings
Type in the facts for each listing, your service area and how you work, or point it at your website and let it read them.
Call it yourself
Make a test call from your browser before buyers do. Ask it the questions you hear at every open house.
Turn it on
Get a local or toll-free number for your signs, or forward the one you have. Choose when it answers.
Made for agents who live on the phone
Simple pricing
Plans start at US$37 a month for 150 minutes of calls. Showing booking, call transfers and every other feature come with every plan. A bigger plan gets you more minutes, never more features.
Straight answers
Handing your phone to an AI is a big step. Here's what agents ask us before they turn it on, answered plainly.
It's upfront that it's an AI
It never pretends to be a person, and the website chat is always labeled as an AI assistant. If a caller would rather speak to someone, it puts them through to you or takes a message, depending on how you've set it up. A client relationship shouldn't start with pretending.
It's an assistant, not an agent
It repeats the listing facts you gave it and books showings. It never gives an opinion on price, offers, neighborhoods or the market. Questions like that come to you, as a transfer or a message.
When it doesn't know, it says so
It answers only from what you've told it. If a question goes beyond that, it says so and takes a message instead of guessing. It won't tell a caller a showing is booked until the booking has actually gone through.
You can read every call
Each call lands in your dashboard with the recording, the transcript and a short summary. If an answer was off, you'll see it, and you can fix it in a minute.
No setup fee, no contract
Plans are month to month: cancel anytime from your dashboard, and you keep the service until the end of the month you've paid for. The details are in our Terms of Service.
Your callers' data stays yours
Each customer's data is walled off from every other customer's, and we don't use your calls to train AI models. Recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically on a schedule. We're based in Canada; data is processed in Canada, the US and where our providers operate. Privacy Policy
See it on your own listings
We'll set it up with one of your listings and call it together, so you hear exactly what a buyer would hear.
