A front desk for agents who are never at a desk.
Real estate agents don't miss calls because they don't care. They miss them because they're at a showing, in the car or sitting with a seller. We built RealInfoBot so those calls still get picked up.
Where it comes from
RealInfoBot is made by Real Info Box, a company in Calgary, Alberta. Real Info Box has made done-for-you email newsletters and market reports for Canadian real estate agents since 2007, when it launched as Agent Campaign. It works with agents in Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver and Victoria, and has delivered more than half a million emails for them since 2009.
Why a receptionist
Newsletters and market reports help agents stay in touch with the people who already know them. The next step is the call that comes back: someone reads a report, drives past a sign or finds a listing, and picks up the phone.
That call often comes while the agent is with someone else. Hiring an assistant to sit by the phone is out of reach for a lot of agents, and an assistant still goes home at five. RealInfoBot answers in the meantime, gives the facts you've given it, books the showing and puts the serious callers through.
The name
Real Info Box, plus a bot. The company's name has always been about real estate information delivered for agents. RealInfoBot does the same on the phone and in website chat.
It's RealInfoBot, one word, always in full.
How we work
We're honest about the AI. Your callers hear that they're talking to an AI assistant. We say what the product can't do yet, right on the features page.
It's an assistant, not an agent. It repeats the listing facts you give it and books showings. It doesn't give opinions on price, offers or the market.
We'd rather show than tell. Book a demo and hear it answer with your own listings before you decide.
We keep pricing plain. Every feature on every plan. You pay for minutes, not for unlocking things.
Who's behind it
RealInfoBot is run by Real Info Box (realinfobox.com).
