Your number is in a lot of places. One receptionist answers it.
Every listing you post puts your phone number somewhere new: realtor.com, Zillow, your brokerage's website, a rental ad, a Facebook post, the feature sheet someone took home from your open house. You can't watch all of them. You can make sure the phone gets answered.
Where calls come from
Listing portals. realtor.com, Zillow and other listing sites show the listing agent's contact details next to the photos. These callers have already looked at the pictures and the price, and want to see it.
Your brokerage profile. The agent page on your brokerage's website, and any agent directory you're listed in. People call from there when they're choosing an agent, not a house.
Rental ads. Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist and rental sites, if you list rentals. Expect a lot of "is it still available?"
Social pages. Your Facebook page, Instagram profile and neighborhood groups.
Old places. A feature sheet from a house that sold two years ago, a bus bench, a magnet from a past client mailing. Calls keep coming from places you forgot about.
Why one receptionist for all of them
Every caller gets the same answers about each listing, your hours and your showing times, wherever they found you. Every call ends up in the same inbox. You don't need a different tool for each site, and nobody falls through the gaps between them.
Keep your details consistent
Search engines and directories trust an agent more when the name, brokerage and phone number match everywhere. The easiest way to use RealInfoBot is to keep the number you already have on every listing and profile, and forward it. Nothing changes online.
When a listing sells or comes off the market, take it out of RealInfoBot when you update the portals, so callers don't hear one thing and read another. It only knows the listings you give it.
Good to know
- RealInfoBot answers phone calls only. Messages, email leads and showing requests sent inside a portal still arrive in that portal.
- RealInfoBot isn't affiliated with any of the sites named on this page.
